Who is responsible

This site is operated by ARCHTYP d.o.o., Ljubljana, Slovenia. For data you submit through this website (for example the contact form), ARCHTYP d.o.o. is the data controller. You can reach us about anything on this page at info@archtyp.ai.

This page explains, in plain terms, what the mind sees, what it keeps, and the choices you have. It is written for the people who meet our robots and for the operators who deploy them.

What we collect on this website

When you contact us or request a demo we process the details you choose to share: your email, and optionally your name, company, fleet and message. We use them to answer you and to prepare the pilot or partnership you asked about. That response is the legal basis for processing. We keep these details for as long as the conversation and any resulting relationship stays active, and delete them on request.

To handle these requests we use a small set of processors: our hosting provider (Cloudflare), our CRM (Attio) and our email provider (Resend), each bound by their data-processing agreements. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

What the robots process

In deployments, the mind processes only what an interaction needs. That can include presence and facial signals used to recognize a returning guest, the words spoken to the robot, and the context of the request. Operators may also share business data through their own systems so the mind can answer accurately.

Recognition at the edge

Recognition runs on the device, in milliseconds, rather than in the cloud. The mind can tell a member from a visitor without sending a face to a distant server. Where cloud processing is genuinely required, it is the exception and it is disclosed.

Where your data lives

ARCHTYP is built EU-native. Data is processed and stored within the European Union, with right-to-erasure and DPIA-ready workflows as part of the platform rather than an afterthought. For regulated environments, healthcare, public sector, and defense-adjacent deployments, on-premise and private-cloud options keep data inside your own perimeter.

Data security

Access to personal data is least-privilege and audited. We encrypt data in transit and at rest, separate environments, and review our controls on a regular cycle as we work toward formal certification. No system is perfect; if something goes wrong, we will act quickly and tell the people and operators affected.

Memory and retention

Memory is what makes the next encounter start further along than the last. We keep it only where it is welcome, for as long as it stays useful, and we let operators set the boundaries for their own sites. When memory is no longer needed, it is removed.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Write to info@archtyp.ai and we will act on it quickly. If you believe we have not, you can complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec, ip-rs.si) or your local supervisory authority.

Operators and their responsibilities

In most deployments the business running the robot is the data controller and ARCHTYP is the processor acting on their instructions. Operators decide what is collected in their space, set retention boundaries, and are responsible for responding to the people they serve. We provide the controls, audit trail, and documentation to make that straightforward.

Changes to this notice

As the product and the law evolve, this notice will too. We will post the current version here and give reasonable notice of material changes.
